Sequel to his recent explosive revelations, Prince Harry has opened up about his first date with Meghan Markle, in which he confessed to smoking weed and watching a Disney movie.
He made this revelation in an interview ahead of the release of his memoir – spare- which is scheduled to be made public by January 10, 2023. The prince said he told a friend about the date, after which they “barged into his house off the King’s Road” and they started drinking together over a film.
He wrote: “Out came the tequila. Out came the weed. We drank and smoked and watched… Inside Out.” The prince further described the joint as a “good weed” and stated that he felt “peacefully numb” afterward. He went on to say that he got a Facetime call from Meghan and said to his friend: “Oh s**t, it’s her.” She asked, “Are you watching cartoons?” and Harry replied, “No. I mean, yeah. It’s… Inside Out.”
The prince ended it by saying: “I moved to a quiet corner of the flat. She was back at her hotel. She’d washed her face. I said, ‘God, I love your freckles. That’s insane, they’re beautiful.”
The pair then chatted for a while before deciding on a second date at Soho House.
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle first met on a blind date in July 2016 after being set up by a mutual friend and later married in 2018. They have two children together: a son named Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor and a daughter named Lilibet “Lili” Diana Mountbatten-Windsor. Their son Archie was born in May 2019 and their daughter Lilibet was born in June 2021.
The prince has been on the news lately, all thanks to his autobiography Spare. Where he went all out in a lot of things including doing drugs as a teenager, losing his virginity to an older woman, talking about his genitals and the circumcision rumors, and also revealing he killed 25 people while serving two tours of duty against the Taliban in Afghanistan.
Prince Harry is a member of the British royal family and the younger son of Prince Charles and Princess Diana while Meghan Markle is an American actress and humanitarian. In January 2021, they announced that they were stepping back from their royal duties and would be working to become financially independent. Since then, they have settled in the United States and have focused on various philanthropic and charitable efforts.
